Accomplished Technology and Cyber Security professional with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the General Manager at Securities Commissions of Malaysia, he is a passionate advocate for technology and cybersecurity within the capital market industry. In his current role, He leads the charge in advancing the technology and cybersecurity agenda as a regulator for Securities Commission of Malaysia.

Previously, as the Chief Cyber Security Officer for technology service provider organisation he oversees security delivery and strategic development, managing key accounts at Financial Institutions and Telecommunication sectors. His vast experience has allowed him to work with a diverse range of clients, from small startups to multinational corporations. 

Sarbnedhan has also collaborated with government agencies and law enforcement to help prevent and respond to cyber-attack. In addition to his professional work, he has been an active contributor to the Cyber Security community, sharing his knowledge by presenting at conferences, publishing articles in industry publications, and mentoring aspiring Cyber Security professionals.
