Lee See is a Deputy Director in the Risk Specialist and Technology Supervision in Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia). Through regulation and supervision, she drives the improvement of the financial institution’s technology risk management practices to ensure the Malaysian public can use digital financial services confidently and securely. Her current priorities are securing the financial system against digital frauds and driving sector-wide improvement for operational resilience. 

Lee See joined Bank Negara Malaysia in 2000 after graduating from Cornell University in the United States. Prior to risk management, she has served in various areas including BNM’s IT service management and the development of Malaysia’s e-payment infrastructure.

She holds CRISC certification.
