The Conference is organised by the ISACA Malaysia Chapter Board members and volunteers together with the ISACA Malaysia Chapter’s Secretariat. The Board members and volunteers are not paid, and have tirelessly volunteered their time and effort for the success of these Conferences – from planning and organisation to running the Conferences themselves. All net proceeds from the Conferences (including all previous editions) are for the benefit of the ISACA Malaysia Chapter in supporting the many events organised for their members’ benefit.
ISACA Malaysia is a local chapter affiliate of an international body of information governance professionals known as ISACA (previously known as Information Systems Audit and Control Association, ISACA goes by its acronyms only to reflect the broad range of IT governance professionals it serves) and has over 1,500 local members in Malaysia. The local chapter's objective is to promote research, standards, competencies and practices for effective governance, controls, assurance of information, systems and technology.
